Japanese chestnut specialty Saori boasts a brocade-spinning mont-blanc made from carefully selected Japanese chestnuts produced by a unique pressing machine.
Montblanc can be enjoyed for its smooth taste, and this time we would like to introduce a summer-only menu that you will want to try during the hot summer months.
The "Hyoka 1mm Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Ice," which started on June 1, is a special Mont Blanc made with carefully selected rich Japanese chestnut cream and 1mm thin brocade woven over fluffy shaved ice made from natural ice and homemade syrup.
Mont Blanc ice, available only in summer, is sold only at the Kiyamachi main store.

The "1㎜ Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc soft serve - AYA" is a recommended item that allows customers to experience the season with flavored soft serve ice cream that changes with the seasons and seasonal fruit toppings.
Delicious cold Mont Blanc is also available for take-out in the coming season.
The "Mont Blanc Cake with Japanese Chestnuts and Raspberries" is a refreshing Mont Blanc cake with a paste of carefully selected Japanese chestnuts, a gentle texture of Japanese chestnut mousse, and accented with sweet and sour raspberry mousse.
Take-out items are not available by numbered tickets, but by standing in line.
