Our parfait generously uses fresh melon and whole chunks of melon flesh, including a granita made entirely of melon. The vibrant color of the melon gives it a refreshing appearance, even during the hot summer months.
For the composition consists of Vanilla panna cotta, creamy chestnut cream, fresh melon with white wine jelly, crunchy streusel, fluffy whipped cream, sponge cake, and last is our signature mont blanc cream freshly squeezed sponge cake, and last is our signature mont blanc cream freshly squeezed.
