Notice of Seasonal Fruit Change.
From today, we will change the fruits of parfait to "plums" and the fruits of tart to "figs".
The parfait is a dish in which the sweetness of Japanese chestnuts and the sourness of plums go well together.
The tart is made from Joyo, Kyoto and served with homemade fig jam.
