~Special materials
The inside of the Mont Blanc consists of genuine fresh cream, smooth marron cream, sponge, and meringue.
Genuine fresh cream is made from raw milk in Hokkaido to preserve the flavor of Japanese chestnuts,
The meringue is made with wasanbon and sugarcane and baked slowly for a long time.
By sandwiching the sponge on top of this meringue, you can enjoy the crispy texture of the meringue as if it were freshly made.
