It is now the season for smiling at the sunburn marks of children.
How is everyone doing?
Saori, specializing in Japanese chestnuts, offers Mont Blanc made with the finest ingredients and production methods.
If you want to taste the best Japanese sweets made from Japanese chestnuts, please come to our restaurant.
~Our commitment to Mont Blanc
Our store offers high-end chestnuts "Tanba Kuris (only from Kyotanba)" which are soft and sweet, and
Kinshi Mont Blanc" is prepared with Japanese chestnuts produced in Ebino, Miyazaki Prefecture.
We receive the raw chestnuts directly from the chestnut farmers and peel them by hand one by one.
It is made by spinning, weaving, and layering in 1 mm fineness from an original press.
Inside is genuine fresh cream made from raw milk in Hokkaido, which does not spoil the flavor of Japanese chestnuts,
Smooth marron cream, sponge, and meringue are hidden.
By sandwiching sponge between long, slow-baked meringue made from wasanbon and sugarcane,
You will enjoy a crispy meringue that does not contain water and looks freshly made.
Please enjoy to your heart's content the luxurious Japanese sweets that delight the senses, made with the finest ingredients and production methods.
